I suggest this price because for an example the electrostatic Prancer's Pride is worth 1.8 buds

Taking into account there is more people who own this (4 people while the pride is at 3) but that hat in general is more expensive

Also the electrostatic Tungsten Toque (the reason I decided a reasonable low would be 1.7) is more expensive AND fewer people own it

So therefore I think the price for the Electrostatic Dead Cone should be 1.7-2 Buds

I apologize if I haven't enough "proof" but on tf2.outpost the only entries are offer entries and don't have a buyout
