There is one more recent sale for a PE stash + SF rocket launcher + ~1.5 pure? Not sure about the value on the stash. My thinking is that this should be used to price the PE stash since we actually have pure sales here, instead of the other way around.

With the three most recent sales at 23 and 25 pure and mine at around 26 (Look at last suggestion by me) setting new range to 23-25.

Anyways let me know if you think the range isn't correct.
