Conclusion:

Roboactive is a liked effect, it is not unstable like other new effects. Considering this is the only clean Roboactive Tossle in the world. and the Roboactive effect is in a crate added to the rare drop list, I do not see this changing any time soon. It's a known fact that gifted sells less than a clean unusual, gifted sold for $300, so the price is accurate.
