First off yes I have a good few of these. I've been trading in them actively for the last few days. Every time I buy just one or two I turned them around again faster than I anticipated at first. So I decided to do some research. After that I endeavoured to buy them all. I've been selling since the 12th and I have yet to regret buying these.

If the price doesn't change I'm fine with that. I'm already making the sales and all it means is that restocking will be easier for me. ^ ^.

In general these are sold before a day has passed. 2 at the most. Any that are older are abandoned trades. The owners not responding to offers or to adds.

To reiterate I've been trading in these for the last few days and noticed that they are selling well and that anyone selling at the price of 1 refined gets their sales before the day is through. Enough people are buying them at 1 refined to make that a good bottom range. I've sold enough in the last few days to confirm to me that people are willing and able to buy at 1.33.

If it doesn't go up it's no skin off my back. I am making sales and keeping the bp.tf price at 1 refined means restocking is a breeze (When other people aren't there before you that is.)

Oh and I forgot to mention. Half of those on the market are part of festive sets with sellers unwilling to sell individually.

The little trader in my head had to be restrained in a straight jacket and put in a padded room for his own safety when I was making this suggestion. If it does go through I'll be hard pressed to restock at 1 refined.

I find it a bit hard to upvote any price increase suggested by someone who owns 14 of the very item they're suggesting...particularly when they're continuously buying up those on sale for 1 ref or less.

Just those for 1 refined that I can find that haven't been taken already. I'm already making the sales lad. Since I made the suggestion I've made 6 more sales. I can proof my trade history if you wish.

It's because I noticed that I can already sell them easily for 1.33 that I decided to put up the suggestion. I felt somewhat bad to not put up a suggestion, All those people who only want to sell their festive sapper without research past "Backpack.tf Prices" would be the true benifactors. If the situation stays as it is I am more than happy with it. The easier it is for me to buy sappers the better for my poor little inventory.

I'm tempted to close this now. The Update has changed the trend around. People are selling festive sapper for new items or for hats to craft bread. My own stock has doubled and the amount of Festive Sappers on Outpost has increased from 2 pages to 4 with the classifieds receiving 5 new 1 refined offers as well. Sales have dropped to roughly 1 per day. I'd fairly say the update has broadsided the market.

I'd still love to see the range come through. The market will recover and chug along in a few weeks but right now everything has changed.

I agree with this assessment. Market is flooded at 1 ref atm. Feel free to resuggest in the future though.

I listed a festive sapper in the classfields (for 1 ref) and already had a trade offer in 15 minutes. So I guess 1 ref is probably a quicksale. Upvote from me.
