Blizz Cone(1)+Smoking Softcap(1.1)

2.1*0.9=1.9

Would've been better to round because 2-3.5 would seem like a tiny bit of a smaller range than 1.9-3.6. Just my opinion <3

At this point, the Bubble Pipe trade appears to be an outlier.

EDIT: The MN Bubble Pipe has a 2 month old price. On a summer effect, that's like the same as being outdated.
