Suggestion: Cloud 9 Helmet without a Home at 18–28.8 keys

Conclusion: It is evident that, from the number of unsolds at its current price, this hat is very unliked and thus, I am lowering the price. There are many available on tf2outpost for its current price but many are not getting sold.

I actaully did buy it at a quicksell price.http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20236481#latest this is a quickbuying thread. and i bought 2 of his hats for 1 bud+sweets the items were a few keys in price, and he was just trying to get pure for his hats he bought out of a BP. (I can contact him) and the unsold is less than a day old (1.5 bud one) so thats barely an unsold at that

Perhaps people especially don't like this Unusual because it's a very Unattractive hat with a 3rd Generation effect. Although decent effect, people still stray away from it.

Cloud 9 is generally liked, or it seems so. HWAH on the otherhand is hated by just about anybody.

I've also never seen someone wear a Stout Shako on their Soldier.

The current range is definitely way high, but your range seems a little low to me.

However, one offer at 1.3 buds doesn't invalidate the rest of your proof, so you have my upvote. Nice work.

Given that even the seller at 1.5 sold his for 1.4 pure within 4 days, I'd say the low end is low here. Looks like it was a genuine quicksell. A range of 1.4-1.6 might be fine.
