The modest is also outdated (AHHH!) But probably goes for around 5 buds, which is a good indication that the croc leather is worth at least the 4 buds required to bring the value of this sale up to the 7 bud region. Even so i will be cautious with this trade.

Conclusion!

As can be seen above this hat can be sold for above 7 buds (Sale 1: 7.6 buds)

There was one sale for exactly seven buds, one that was for less (scorching spartan) and one that.. is fairly outdated but probably worth around 7ish.

And there were also several trades with 7 bud offers in pure

However there are also 3-4 trades with 7 buds pure as their buyout.

Therefore set the price to 7 buds flat as that is what people are offering and also what people are asking
