The price might highten possibly due to the chance and rarity of it being an Item Drop, so the price is kinda' right as of right now.

Too new of a weapon. The only reason people are selling them on outpost for higher is because they think it's their chance to make quick profit. Give it a month or 2 and it will be worth a scrap like the rest of the weapons out there.

I think the best price for that is 0.33-0.66 refined, like Fortified compound.

Your low end is based entirely on buyers. With so much competition there, that may be too low. You will need to show sellers at 0.33 to show that it isn't a quick-trade value.
