There are 16 of these hats available, should we lower the remaining 15 just because one of them sold for .3 less?

Shouldn't the more logical thing be to wait for more sales to appear rather than rush through with it just because?

Eh. I looked around and saw quickbuyers offering a max of about 14 keys and flies dapper looking for a bud (Higher tier hat) so I figured an offer of bud pure would be decent. Plus it's in the range anyway.
If a "quickbuyer" offers 14 keys, that quickbuyer attempts at selling it for higher(DUH). With 16-16.5 keys being a bud, surely the quickbuyer plans on making more than a mere 2 key profit, thereby making this hat worth more than a bud at the moment.
Also, "Dapper being higher tier than jeepcap" doesn't count for proof, does it?
Maybe the quickbuyer would be content with 2 key profit. If he buys/sells enough said person would easily make large profit. And me citing the Dapper as a higher tier hat was an opinion, not a fact. But that's not the point. As the seller, I looked around and did my research and felt a bud was a decent price. Maybe if I waited a while I could of picked up a better offer but you can do that with any hat.
Nobody really buys an unusual more than a bud for a 2 key profit. That, unlike your "dapper > jeepcap" isn't an opinion, it's a fact. You're pricing 16 hats based on the sale of 1? We can always wait until more sales pop up.
How do you know your first statement is true? And 14-16 keys is not more than a bud.
