The current seller http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19190085 b/o 40 buds for both disco beat down killer exclusive and terror-watt viewfinder. If we take the value of the DBD killer exclusive as it is 40-24 = 16 buds. Not that great as proof but just a reference i guess.

100% it was 19 pure if you look at the itemid. And itemid will also show that you can't go by history alone of the buyer and seller - they aren't logged by bp.tf. One of the buds is recorded in the history of the buyer and the other 18 all have itemids very close to that showing they were all in the same trade.

This probably needs a range or more definitive proof that 19 is an outlier
