Keeping bump conservative, 6 seems like a quicksell but it's common and there's a non-quicksell sale that's lower

you are right the previous suggestion according to bp.tf rules shouldn't been accepted is base on duped + quicksells

Doesn't matter WHEN it was, if it was a quicksell it's not valid. One month old is valid, and isn't any less valid than a sale from a day ago.
