Seems to me like the first 7 solds were quicksells. 10th was sold rather quick.

I suggest a tighter range. Maybe 4.66 - 5 ref?

Upvoted, with the majority of them between 4-5 and averaging the 6refs with the 2-3 low ends. Leaving the Keys as an outlier it seems to check out well. :)

Think you should be more specific. (price range)

Personally, I would put 4.66 to 5...etc... and narrow it down to within a reclaimed or so.
