My god, I hate collector's items with killstreaks on them....
Yup... So...
Sellers

Unsolds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20403297 - 4 Keys - 5 Days Old
Uhh...Yeah... There's a seller on Outpost trying for 5 keys, but since that's out of the current and my suggested range, I'm ignoring that one... There was also another seller for 4 keys here - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20323980 - But it's 1 week old, and unbumped for that entire week .__.

Shouldn't we come up with a rule or a system, where if it uses a regular KS, then that adds something like 1 refined, and if it is a specialized, then that adds like a key, and then we have more evidence to use?
(I know this does not work for the main weapon for each class, as those KS tend to be much more expensive, and also pro kits vary tremendously in value, and often are worth more than the item itself, so we can leave them out.)
Anyway, back to the subject at hand, this price suggestion is very reasonable, upgoat.
Since Killstreaked items tend to be very unpredictable in the pricing range, it's very hard to just create a System for them. Even Specialized Killstreak items tend to fluctuate in value, because it often depends on the Buyer's preference on the Item/Sheen/Killstreaker
