I don't think that 15 should be in the range, 13-14 would probably be better.

This is tough.. There's no usable sales and no other sales other than the tyro + x that is hard to determine with the seller having a private backpack. Your range comes out of basically nowhere because of there being no usable sales. It would be best to wait for an usable sale, and resuggest then

Either I do a 13 clean or 14-15, because current is just way missleading and needs to get updated badly.

better to leave it un updated then "updated" incorrectly in my opinion
