    Low end sale at 10 just won't be a usable one. Hats like the MN crone and DBD cone change value a lot even within 2-4 weeks. Your sale for the crones happened in March when it was selling in the 15-20 range. There's no way to tell if the DBD cone dropped by the same amount as the MN crone in the same duration - it isn't appropriate to extrapolate values from one unusual to another. If there are no other sales, 12 flat might work.
