Conclusion: With 5 sellers at 2 keys 3 ref and with 10 sellers below the current range that justifies the need for the drop. There are still plenty of sellers at 3 keys, so the high range remains.       Did you look at the previous suggestion ( sorry if I'm sounding mean)? Solds aren't required to drop the price of an item.
