1 in the world so its not like there is a whole ton of proof.
The 2nd Sale is an outdated unusual, the tyrantium Helmet is outdated and requires a mini suggestion, or a full suggestion.
Also the 1st Sale need to be from the low end when applying overpay, so 7*.9 = 6.3
I've never had to apply low end to overpay... Can you explain why i have to do it in this situation?
When suggesting a new price (any price) to an unusual, you always take the low end of the unusual times .9 for overpay, only the middle of the range would be taken if higher than 15 buds in most cases. That's what I've seen a lot, and 1 sale isn't enough to suggest a price for this new hat with a old effect, need to sales, that aren't outdated. (Meaning sold for a hat which ins't outdated)
I honestly think your at fault. For one this is 1 of 1 so there aren't many sales. Secondly never have i been needed to use low end and it seems i've made more suggestions then you too (and won).

No the first sale is from someone else. The second is my own.
I haven't seen anything about those rules before on fourms or the suggestion rule page. Honestly im not trying to be a jerk about it :L

The vivid plasma version, with the exact rarity, only had 1 sale and was approved. Honestly annoyed that you just come along and try to think that everything about my suggestion is wrong

You still missed a sale then, if the first person who has purchased it was for $50, I don't see how yours had gone through, but stop harassing others, we don't need terrible people like you in the community, and yes I may have fucked up on the taunt price drop, but I corrected myself, so your useless comment should not have been said.

the exceptions to the two sales rule:
-high tier hat (more than 20 buds in value)
or all of this below
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
- The effect is not a summer 2013 effect. (robo, 2013 halloween effects can be used as they are often rarely traded and rarely unboxed)
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.
(all 3 points in the 2nd exception have to be met, not just one or two)

Those are your own words. "no need to be such a jerk about suggestion" I'm not harassing anyone. I don't know why you're so angry for no reason. I just showed you where you were wrong and you are so defensive all of a sudden. Keep making the remarks you've been making and I'm sure you'll get no where in this community.
There's nothing rude about my words, except for the jerk part, which I apologize for, I should use better words, and at least I'm not the one pointing out others flaws
So there IS something rude about your words. Also, if I don't point out flaws, how will you are anyone else I'm "pointing out flaws" to get better at suggestions? I'm not just here to be annoying, I try to help people the best I can.

can i use pro ks in a mini? i had traded a tyrantanium before for a dp beak (5.5) + 2 keys + pro ks strange half-zatochi then i traded the pro ks + 2 keys for a nuts & bults furious
uh I guess :? sounds like you have a mini ready to prove the pro ks. value too so it should be ok :<
some people say pro killstreaks have a fair difference in value depending on the sheen and effect and such, so eh?
