Unsolds are also valid proof when dropping a price, but they could be accompanied by another form of proof, such as current buyouts, and solds as well to strengthen a case.

Sales aren't needed for a drop, but the proof is still looking a bit weak.

You don't need sales to drop a price, I think you might need to re-read the rules, this is the second occurrence that you've almost misinformed someone.

It does need a drop, but take a little more time and do a little more research. This isn't enough proof.
