the CP brigade is still outdated :u

The CP brigade is such a small amount of the entire set, it doesn't matter. The biggest change the brigade could have is a .3 bud change that is still rounded to 23. Solid proof lady. 15 seems too low for this hat.

well with the mini suggestion, the AF brigade is up 1.1 buds :u I think you're assuming too much by claiming that it could only be a .3 bud change at most
