One of the few unusuals you can make strange, though I would wait for a better effect.

After the unleashing of the new strangifiers, it's probably not that rare for an unusual to be able to be made into a strange. Not many can be bothered though.

every Unusual Private Eye I've dealt with recently was Strange.
