Disagree. Theres not many that have sold for that low, this is not appropriate

3 flat might be better.

Proof is too weak for 2.7-2.9, the unsolds are too young and even one already quicksold.

Proof doesn't suggest 2.5-3. But it sure does suggest 2.7-3. A flat price of 3 would be the best option, necro knows what's up.
