Cloud 9 heavy duty rag is hard to sell, and even people with a b/o lower than the lowest backpack.tf price range struggle to sell it.

If you meant sold, did I find everyone that I could find, and if you meen people selling, is there not really much more people who have gotten any offers or has a b/o.

You're going to need some sales at 2 buds. Buyouts alone are not enough to lower a price.
