This taunt is fairly new so prices may fluctuate a lot but here is my suggestion. The reason I am bumping to one key is because those selling for a mere 7 or less ref are probably quick-selling. Meanwhile there are many pages of people selling for over a key. The other problem with the current price is it's hard to know whether 0.8 keys or 1 keys is correct. I decided that I would have a go at it and try to make a price that is the majority of what people are asking in return for their taunt.
Proof: The Backpack classifieds http://backpack.tf/classifieds?item=Taunt: Buy A Life&quality=6&tradable=1&craftable=1&page=1
tf2outpost offers:

You don´t give any Sellers / Solds etc and the link you gave us doesn´t even show that taunt.
Maybe read rules again ?
Also there are sellers for 5.55 : http://backpack.tf/stats/Unique/Taunt%3A%20Buy%20A%20Life/Tradable/Craftable
Downvote from me.
*Obvious manipulation is obvious*
Classifieds can't be used as a single proof.
Adding more proof outpost has a lot of deals for the item.
Still you need solds.
Its like: "Oh I put my B.M.O.C. For 50 buds on the market. I should resuggest them to 50 Buds."
No solds - downvote, sorry.
What people is asking for doesn't equal what people are willing to pay. Sorry mate.
