Conclusion: Before you say something stupid like "Not enough proof, downvote", take a look on the market first. This thing is so rare now. Demand > Supply because supply of craft hats went down and it's reasonable for this thing to rise. I don't remove 1.33 because there are some 1.33 sellers on the market.

If you are saying the solid proofs are only those you gave, the three 1.66 refs sold links, then the range should be 1.66 flat.

I wish I could but there are still some solid 1.33 sellers :P
