There are only, more or less, 162 of this item, worldwide. (meaning don't expect many seller in market)

So, if there is only one seller in the whole market (whole market means outpost and/or bazaar) sold for 0.11 ref .... The price will surely be 0.11 ref (read absurd).

You may throw me tons of dislikes, but I'd like to preserve my sanity, Downvote.

On the other hand, using the 'standard' system, ... the 3 refs is unsold for 11 days, wouldn't that mean the suggestion should be lower than and not equal to 3 refs ?

The reason it was suggested at 3 flat was because, yes, it should be lower then 3 ref; but, there is no proof for a range lower then that. Bumping it down to 3 ref is only conservative.
