Just because "no one buys them" is a really weak excuse on why the value of the item should change, that's only what YOU think and personal opinions don't work. Unless you have actual evidences that this item was sold and selling lower than 3-4 keys, then people will talk. Right now, 3 offers are trying to sell at 3-4 keys (no one is buying), and you only have ONE offer proof that's selling less (which also isn't being sold). Make sense now?
Experiencing it for myself, they are such a pain to sell. Never go for full price.
Just an example, but if you un-hide the comments, a guy offers 2 keys, and is countered with 2 keys and 4 ref but turns it down:

I would vote it lower, but should only move price down a bit at a time.
One proof isn't enough the convince why the value of this item should go down.
