Look at other unusuals (which have prices on almost all effects), and look at the price order of the effects on them. For example, Unusual Modest Pile of Hat. There are quite a few effects on this hat already, so it's easy to use as an example. Terror-Watt should be placed between Haunted Ghosts/Flaming Lantern, but above the Plasma effects (according to the prices of the Modests and other hats with prices on almost all effects). Referring to the Engineer's Cap prices, it should be between the Vivid Plasma Engineer's Cap (1.6) and the Haunted Ghosts Engineer's Cap (1.8), This makes 1.6-1.8 buds a good price for this hat. There is no evidence available (as they have not really been sold yet).

So if i had a iphone first generation, and wanted to buy an iphone 5s, the current price of the first gen iphone is dirt cheap so i should be able to buy a iphone 5s dirt cheap.
