Proof that the first sale actually did happen? They could maybe have canceled it afterwards,. Rest looks fine to me

Assuming that this is the P. Energy Football Helemt backpack.tf/item/447485802 then this has never been in "Man-Spider's" backpack. Also, if you look at backpack history, then he had 0 Keys the 27. And 15 the 28. Wich means the deal might have been changed aswell.
