I bought for 2 bills from Cranwell (6+6=12*0.9=10.8)

You can't force someone to take an offer they obviously aren't happy with, so that offer of 9 keys has no point here.

The 1st isn't even the unusual itself.

And the 9 keys offer was just a lowball.

Find some sales of the hat, and resuggest.
