Firstly because selling for 22 keys does not mean sold for 22 keys and none of those prices are in your suggestion rendering them useless information. Secondly, your statement that 'no one' sells for 16-16.5 keys is unjustified because you have roughly enough links for the first page of Outpost, but there are pages upon pages more extending past the Outpost limit of 20.
