http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20816947 - selling for 3 for 2 days, uses auto-bump. The guy is also on classifieds for 3 ref.

There is also a guy on classifieds selling for 3.66. The only other two on outpost are selling for 4.66.

Proves it doesn't sell.
