Extra proof/counter-proof is pretty helpful. I know this is a currency and tried handling it with care, but we all know that Bills are hard as hell to sell ;)

But in all seriousness, this is a currency item and 2 links for your low end is insufficient proof. Neutral.

i sold 199 within 4 month so far ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20042468#latest - only one of 5 trades i had open, the other ones had more views).

every blank one i sold i sold within 1-2 days for 6 keys, and no problems getting my moneys worth on the paints. the "free paint" are mostly quicksells. i have bills subscribed for 6 keys, so 6 keys and under will show and every time there is a lime/ts/white/black... painted for 6 keys and i cant add them within 2 min it is already sold.

this is my personal experience, yours might warry.

Also bill's hats selling for below $1.85/key in value could point to the fact that people prefer buying keys and not that bills should be worth less.

I could just be lazy, but your low end is looking a bit weak for a currency suggestion.

Very easy to byu it for 5 keys and 5-8 ref, can provide proof if need (bought 3, in painted)

This has needed a drop for a long time but nobody's had the balls to do it. Good proof btw.

Two links of proof at 5.8 is not sufficient for an item that gets traded as frequently as bills. And please keep in mind that we don't use dollar values to price currency with the exception of refined. We don't use money calculations to price buds, for example, and that is not appropriate proof here. This site is based on item trades and should primarily remain that way. It's fine to use cash trades as supplementary proof, but when you only have two other links at 5.8, it's just not enough
