There should always be enough evidence to back up the new proposed value. However, it appears that the evidence is not strong enough, or cherry-picked in a way that does not represent the actual market value of the item. Therefore, this suggestion has been closed.

I'm not saying that Bill's are easy sells at 6 keys, but all your evidence otherwise is not very convincing. Your trade.tf links are all expired, so you've got 2 links for your low end, plus a bunch of quickbuyers below your low end.

Paint can't be used to price unpainted items. Getting anything extra for paint these days is extremely difficult, even on bills. Using painteds at 6 as evidence for a drop is definitely not going to fly--many people sell painted hats for regular value because getting more for paint is impossible (not even a rec extra for mid-tier paints), and this is a trend across just about every hat quality and paint tier (with the general exception of White/Black).

9 pages of unpainted bills on outpost--even if you half that due to highballs, this is a really poor amount of proof for such a common item.

no, a key is not $2.49 paypal. that's the mann co. store... with that logic, every weapon is a key, and every hat is 3 keys. painted bills do matter if it's free paint.

i sold 199 within 4 month so far ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20042468#latest - only one of 5 trades i had open, the other ones had more views).

every blank one i sold i sold within 1-2 days for 6 keys, and no problems getting my moneys worth on the paints. the "free paint" are mostly quicksells. i have bills subscribed for 6 keys, so 6 keys and under will show and every time there is a lime/ts/white/black... painted for 6 keys and i cant add them within 2 min it is already sold.

this is my personal experience, yours might warry.

As someone experienced with paypal trading with keys, keys are NOT 1.85. They sell crazy fast at price, 1.90+ is the more true price. Your 1.80 seller has loads of comments saying adds and last he was online was 10 days ago. The other 1.85 seller has strict requirements and only has a grand total of 2 keys left. 1.90 is the true price, but no matter....

We both know that painted items are not valid proof. Painted bills are going down, but not normal bills. Your links consist of expired links that quicksold, meh proof, and I think I proven that 6 keys sells quite regularly.

I Sold 3 regular bills for 5 Keys and 7 Refined in the last 2 Weeks.

Had them up for 6 Keys for around 6 Days and couldnt sell them.

unpainted bill's hats are easy as hell to sell at 6 keys, and hard as hell to buy for anything less. Last time I owned an unpainted one, I sold it in 2 hours for 6 keys; this was about a month ago.

A month is a long time ago; that's definitely invalid, even if you provided proof of that trade.

I cant pull proof right now, but i have a feeling this maybe open for a while so i can go home and screenshot previous trades. In any case, i came to say that ive sold many without hassle at 6 without paint and if it is painted whited or black, i can sell at 7. I dont see a need the price down when not many people are having trouble.

Interesting when i have sold bills with paint and spells for 10 keys plus. I really dont care if they drop. Just interesting seeing this suggestion when keys are dropping and buds are going up again. Doesnt make sense but okay everyone is entitled to their opinions.

Keys are going up, they recently only went down 0.05 a little while ago, and look to be rising once again, and Buds are hovering around the lowest that they have ever been priced (Just an update for ya).

Buds have gone up 2 keys in the last week dude. Bp.tf may not reflect it but 18 keys is going rate currently.

Anyway, classifieds (at the moment of this comment) only have two Bill's Hats at 5.81 keys, all the rest are higher, coming in at around 5.93-6 keys. Also, why bother bringing CS:GO Keys into this? Anyway, yes, the two for 5.81 were unpainted, but the next few at 6 keys flat were as well. My comment is impartial here, although I do own a Bill's, and I respect you for this suggestion!

The outcry is "WHY ARE BILLS SO HARD TO SELL?" Umm it might be difficult for you but that doesnt mean its difficult for everyone else. For example, bowling is difficult for me doesnt mean its difficult for everyone out there. Also, youre showing quicksells. I could list all 10 bills i currently own for 6 keys and will sell instantly. People are listing these at quicksell price because just like everyone else looking for quick buyers will drop prices to even 5 keys depending how desperate they are. Stop using quicksells to support your suggestion. Dont make me get all the links sold for 6 keys plus to flood this suggestion.

Gonna have to downvote, any bills under 6 keys are snapped up pretty quickly, and in my experience 6 keys sells soon enough to be considered a stable price.

Amazing how so many people complain about Bill's Hats not selling at 6 keys, but when a suggestion comes up all of a sudden EVERY SINGLE PERSON pulls out a ton of sales at 6 keys easy. Every time.

For your information, every Bill's I've sold has gone quickly (from 30 minutes to 30 hours), all for 6 keys. It's the most stable price this hat has ever had.
