I don't like how people don't high-ball their items and poorly bump their trades.

Conclusion: Before you say something stupid like "Not enough proof, downvote", take a look on the market first. This thing is so rare now. Demand > Supply because supply of craft hats went down and it's reasonable for this thing to rise.
Feel free to counter / support my proofs.
Provide more proof next time, you know, like put a little effort in it.
For example, this search turned up some people selling it at the usual 1.33:

You mean people who last bumped their trades from 3 weeks to 8 months ago with only 1 1.33 valid seller?
Being more logical next time, you know, like notice when the last time they bumped was.
