This hat was used as part of a payment in buying a vivid plasma milkman (3-3.5 buds)

The seller added one bud pure and a bills (6 keys) for the milkman, so 3.25 buds- 1 bud- 0.37 buds (buds were 16.5 keys then) = 1.88 buds * 0.9 for overpay = 1.7 buds (rounding)

In short, this is a very undesirable hat at the moment (robo hat + summer effect), in dire need of a drop. All the sellers on outpost have had their trades listed for a fairly good period of time under the current price with very little interest or offers.
