How do the last two sales connect if neither of the owners recieved their right items? Well if you take a closer look someone named Concas :3 appears on both histories of the bandana and handle, so it's very possible that (s)he might have sold the shako without being registeded in bp.tf's history.

1.5 could be an outlier, but seeing as Australiums are more efficient to sell than unusuals the range seems right to me.
