This seems like something of an outlier, as there are multiple sellers on outpost for 1.5 buds or less.

This hat has had a pretty large range of sales. However, given the sales I found, as well as most of the B/O's on outpost, I think a reasonable range is 1.2 - 1.7 buds (somewhat disregarding that sale for a terror-watt cloud crasher)
