Only 2 sales in the past 3 months, so I'm gonna use both of them here.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19335005 - Sold for a Searing Plasma (non-robo) Baker Boy (2.7 * 0.9 = 2.43 rounded to 2.4) + Professional Killstreak S.F. Scattergun (3.4 * 0.9 = 3.06 rounded to 3.1 buds, see below). 5.5 buds.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19373769 - Sold for a Haunted Ghosts Demoman's Fro (2.5 * 0.9 = 2.25 rounded to 2.3) + DBD Robo Capotain (1.6 * 0.9 = 1.44 rounded to 1.4). 3.7 buds.
The Pro KS S.F. Scatter is valued at 3.4, because the approximate worth of one on the Steam Market right now is about 12 keys more than the normal one. Add in an extra key or two because of the strange parts and that amounts to 13.5 keys. Buds were worth 19 keys at the time of the sale, so that means about .7 buds can be added onto the item's price.
Range is wide and considering your high end is based partly on a professional item I'm giving this a downvote. Professional items are contentious enough when the range is small and there's additional supporting proof but with a range like this it's plain unprofessional.
Well, until recently, I largely strayed away from trades with KS weapons, but I've been taught by the mods that estimating their prices through the SCM is okay. Here's one suggestion where that technique was used: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/539e63d64dd7b86a348b487c
As for the range issue, it's always nice to set a large range (but not too large) because it can be refined and fine-tuned later. Here's a passed suggestion for a hat of a similar tier that has an even bigger range: http://backpack.tf/vote/id/537b503a4dd7b8ea7f8b47b2
I used two professional items in this suggestion but I also had equivalently valued hat sales to go with each.

Here I use a sale with a professional item as a piece of additional proof to confirm my range.

Here I set a price with an 8 bud range.

If the issue were solely a wide range or a professional item then there wouldn't be too big a problem. The issue is that this wide range is set with a professional item.
maybe rounding to 4-5.5 would be nicer, idk.
The second link your partly mistaken. I bought it for the Fro + Tin Capotain which was unpriced at the time, and 43 keys and sweets. And since the Capotain was unpriced this would follow under being discrepant in the rules which would mean a third sale is needed. But since these sales are older than 2 months it's not valid proof anyways.
"For very rare hats, if there have only been 1-2 sales in the last 3 months, a trade up to 3 months old is okay to use as proof to establish more data points. Keep in mind, new sales should take precedence over older ones.
That being taken from this mod thread: http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/topic/6033-new-unusual-price-suggestion-guide-the-cheat-sheet/
Also, I like to think of the relative pricing of hats as a non-binary thing, as it doesn't conform to any standards not denoted by the mods. It was only a few days before the hat got priced, and I like to think that there's a reasonable assumption that it was worth that even when it didn't have the price.
Anyway, since you gave me some extra proof about the keys, closing and resuggesting for higher.
