I dont know now, 14.5 usually rounds to 15, even buds were possible for higher than 16

I can give you my info: Payed 13 keys in unusual(I payed 12 keys for that unusual), added 1.5ish keys for a bud(A key and a High-five), was before bud hype.

Take a screenshot of your trade history then. As long as your sale isn't older than 3 months, I think it's three or two.

When we take buds as 16, he added a key and a high five (both craft and uncraft were higher than 0.5) it should be 14-14.5, so my range should be ok now :)
