Unsold at 2 Keys:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20862285 - 4 Days
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20887044 - 3 Days
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20848047 - 5 Days (Very Poorly Bumped)

These are the only plausible listings I could fine on Outpost; please keep this in mind & check before you say I do not have enough proof.
Comments, criticism, proof, counter-proof... Everything is appreciated. Thank you so much!
i keep reopening my outpost trade for mine at 1.8
but i've been selling it for 3 days now and still nothing
Can you post the link here please if that's OK with you?
this was the first time i'd made the trade with it: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20891777
this is the one it's in now (which has only been opened today so i understand why you wouldn't have included it): http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20986893
Perfect; thank you so much =) Even though it hasnt sold for a few days, it still helps prove the price range I am suggesting a bit better =)
Counterproof
Solds at 2 keys

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20960793
Both sold within a day-ish.
Looking at your evidence, the second unsold has never been bumped, the first is eh (26 views + appearing to be poorly bumped).
Which is exactly why I made the range 1.8 - 2 Keys.
All of the unsolds appear to be poorly/never bumped. It's not very convincing.
As supporting evidence, Strange Ein's regularly sell for around $5 (with dat $0.03 sale)
I really dont think the Steam Community Market is sufficient proof, because (as you said) it can be completely random.
And in terms of the 2 Key Unsolds, those are some of the only ones listed at the moment; like I said before, that is why I kept 2 Keys in the range.
Which is why, as I said the SCM is supporting evidence.
And I don't see a lot of people trying to sell for below the current price besides this recent chap for 1 key + 7 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20986893
Along with the person I mentioned in my initial post...
And please tell me how the Community Market is supporting evidence in this case? The cheapest on there at the moment is $5.14, which equals around 2.5 Keys; this is the cheapest one on the Community Market, and it is worth more than the current price.
Exactly. A price drop makes somewhat little sense, as the value on the SCM is about 20% more of the current price.
It stands to support the evidence, as people are willing to pay above what is seen here.
So you're telling me that, for example, if the Killer's Kit is priced on here for 3 Keys, and the cheapest seller on the Market is $10.60 (5.1 Keys), then the price should be raised based upon that? (By the way, I did actually research that...)
That is why people dont usually use the Market as proof; you dont know when the listings were put up and they're usually much more expensive, making it extremely difficult to use it as a source of proof. If you really want a professional's opinion, talk to one of the mods. =)
I'm suggesting that it wouldn't make sense to lower the price, based upon the fact that there are two quick solds for 2 keys (as I've posted), with Strange Ein's consistently selling on the SCM for ~$5.
Take the Heavy Lifter as an example.

This was my own suggestion, and it was clear that at the time it needed a raise, especially considering that Strange Heavy Lifter's were going for about 4 keys.
Compare that to, say for example a Strange Brass Beast, which has a SCM price more consistent with that of the price here (of course, there is a large supply.)
First off, nice first suggestion on the Lifter =) But your price wasnt based upon the Market either; it was based upon the two links that sold (2 and 2.5 respectively).
I see what you mean about the Market being accurate, but that is only in some cases; like I said above, the Killer's Kit is set at a price of 3 Keys, with it still selling at 3 Keys; on the Market however, it is selling for around 5 Keys at the cheapest, which makes no sense.
This is the same with the Ein; its going on the Market for a lot more than the current price here, and for a lot more than people are listing on Outpost. You're right when you say the Market isnt completely far off when it comes to prices; but in this case it is.
Also, I kept 2 Keys in the range for the exact reason that there are still people willing to sell and people possibly willing to buy at that price. But people are also listing at 1.8 Keys, and they have not sold. Once again, I appreciate your proof and taking the time to research, but I honestly do not see why this argument is happening when 2 Keys is being kept in the price range.
You seem like someone who can make an amazing price suggestion; but honestly, if youre doing all of this because you own one, that would be really ridiculous...
To amend to your closing statement, it seems more like that you're trying to invalidate my arguments and reasoning with "I own one".
That being said, I do feel like we've probably argued our points to their fullest, and anything further would be meaningless (and a little juvenile.)
My reasoning being that "there are 2 confirmed solds within a day", along with a consistent slight overpay on the SCM, therefore the current price is fine.
I can somewhat understand that a few unsolds under the market price might be open for a price range, hence the debate.
Just some doubt.
(Also I've play Phoenix Wright and I'm kind of all for that, "eliminating doubt" thing.)
No no! Im not accusing you of doing this for backpack value at all, nor am I trying to invalidate your statements with that statement. I was just saying that it would be disappointing if it was for that reason... But thank you for arguing with me; havent had a good conversation with someone on here for a while =P And you have all the reason to release hell on me =P
