EDIT: Just sold a few mins ago, will resuggest.
1 of 1 in existence, only 1 recent sale and 1 very outdated sale.
Sale #1 (16 hours ago): 28 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20791729
28 keys / 17.5 = 1.6 buds --> Rounding up to 2 (Explanation below)
Sale #2 (7 months ago): PE Fruit Shoot + Nuts Veil
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15699575
PE Fruit Shoot (3.5) + Nuts Veil (1.9) = 5.4 (No overpay since DX offered it)
^ Prices from 7 months ago were used.
Explanation of Rounding Up
Sale of 5.4 is too old to use, and it's also most likely that the Panama dropped by now. The 28 key sale is somewhat of a quicksell since it is on the buyer's quicksell buying trade, so rounding up to 1 significant digit seems to be the most fair.
Comments/suggestions appreciated. :)
Okay a couple of things you must take note. The first sale is a quicksell, and they are not used for price suggesting because it doesn't represent the actual value of the unusual. So that should not be used. The second sale, if the guy offers his unusual for the one you're pricing, you still apply unusual overpay. Since that was 7 months ago, this hat probably takes a while to sell, even to quickbuy it. So you should definitely wait or keep watch on it for now. Recommend to close this suggestion before a price moderator does.
Technically, (from what I know) you can't use quicksells or quickbuys for a price. Sorry but this should just stay unpriced for now. But I must commend you for counter pricing this item against someone with no proof. Thanks.
It is the only sale in 7 months though.
Doesn't change the fact that it was a quick-buy, and quick-buys are invalid proof. Ergo this suggestion -also- has no proof.
You also can't round up a quarter of the sale value based on conjecture.
It just got sold right now to http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198068069144, I'm gonna ask him what he paid. Will resuggest.
