So, as you can see not many on the market and most are being undersold therefore that's why the price should be 3.5 - 4 as most sellers are willing to sell within that range.

I do think you are very well with price suggesting in total, but you need to provide some unsolds if lowering an item :)

Why unsolds if I am keeping the higher end 4 keys... I will only provide unsolds if lowering the higher end .

I do see your logic here, but buyers could be included. Hey, you COULD still use unsolds for 4 keys, because many are still sold around there, as presented, but there are at least some young unsold 4's out there. The unsolds are optional, so I retract my further statement regarding an imperative addition of unsolds to the proof.
