http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20835712 - 16 keys (quicksell*)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20979183 - 15 keys (quicksell*)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20588444 - B/O is 1 bud and was offered a bud
Sales:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20157349 - N&B El Jefe (1 bud) + minor sweets (~2 keys?)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20911491 - DBD Doctor's Sack (1.4 buds)
*can't really say the quicksales are quicksales since they still haven't been sold.
You first sale wasn't sold to the guy who offered the El Jefe
All the B/Os on outpost are close from your low-end, your second sale seems to be an outlier
B/Os can be used as low end, but that's only with a lack of solds.
I used the B/Os as low-end as they've been sold for higher and the seller said they were quicksells and because the sales I've found is more than their B/O. I had a struggle actually finding sales proof of sales, but if you look at both hats history on the second one you will see that there was an exchange of hats. Hope this clarifies it :)
16-23 keys is a really wide range, if you're going to do it in keys.
In my opinion, you'll probably need more proof - there are sellers below a bud yet you're showing solds above a bud and trying to make a range between the two, and if these sellers haven't sold, it's quite obvious the range shouldn't be so high.
