3 buds sale looks like quicksale, other sale would been 2 buds + 0.9*2.7 (marauder) + sweets - makes it around 4.5+ which is current high-end.

But even with that (2.1) it is still around 4 (depending on sweets) which is in current range. 3 buds looks like quicksale to me, but even if it is not right range would been 3 - 4 buds right ? I dont get 3.5 in suggested high end.

Seems to be because of the 3.5 B/O which has been up for a week it seems.
