Conclusion: Before you say something stupid like "Not enough proof, downvote", take a look on the market first. This thing is so rare now. Demand > Supply because supply of craft hats went down and it's reasonable for this thing to rise.

          Strange - Everyone who wanted one got it. Since the series #3 sets were deleted in a large mass, most people can't produce the strangifier anymore. The quantity can't really rise, so as more and more are bought, less become available.

          Unique - May were used in Bread Box crafting.

            I assume people just aren't selling since according to Stats there are 6,500 in the game although only about 400 are strange.
