Conclusion: Before you say something stupid like "Not enough proof, downvote", take a look on the market first. This thing is so rare now. Demand > Supply because supply of craft hats went down and it's reasonable for this thing to rise.
Feel free to counter / support my proofs.
I think stormin' refers to the term 'storming the castle'. And Norman refers to- hmm- I don't know, maybe the helmets name is norman.
I really want a stormy storm stormin norman.

Hmm, I always assumed they wanted it to rhyme by throwing norman in there. I guess your theory makes more sense.
Is Norman a popular name in medieval age?
Normans were basically Vikings. More specifically, it was a term used for Viking people who were settling in the lands of Europe during their raiding campaings in the Dark Ages. There was a lot of Normans in Britain, France (a region in France, Normandy, was named after the Normans who resided there), northern Germany and the Netherlands. They were not known as pleasant neighbors by the other people who lived in Europe at the time as they often plundered and pillaged the local settlements, stormed castles and incited terror. Normans were bought up a lot as everybody was frickin' terrified of them. .. so yeah, you could say it was a pretty popular name.
Also worth noting that this hat is an accurate depiction of headgear that Vikings/Norsemen wore in the time.
