Considering that there are none on outpost and I plan to keep mine for quite awhile, it's time to give my first suggestion a go.

I bought mine for 12 keys pure, craft #45 pink cockfighter (which I value at 3.5 keys) Founding Father + Birdman of Australiacatraz + Ghastly Gibus ~ 1 key. Adding it all up makes around 17 keys (rounding up) .1 buds is 2 keys so 17 div 2 = 0.9 buds

Assuming that the hat and effect are both new, I wouldn't think anybody would buy it for pure.

As of 7/7/14 7:13 PM, there is one on the market going for $7.20. Taking the key price ($2.09) $7.20 div $2.09 = 3.44 (closer to 3.5 keys). I declined this offer because chem sets aren't appealing and from what I've heard, they're hell to fill out and I thought I could get better offers but instead it went with the Cockfighter. The only legit and only offer I'm gonna get from this.

Currently in my little brother's backpack ^^ (user is mikefireballf2p)

How is that #45 cockfighter 3.5 keys? It can't be a certain value just because you say so - can we get some proof of that value?

EDIT: Also, .1 bud is 1.8 keys (as 1 bud = 18 keys.)

You need to prove the price of the #45 cockfighter. You can't really just say what you value it at, because it may or may not sell for that price.

And you need to take into account the other sales from the price suggestion already up for this hat.

You're using a chem set to price it, not gonna work.

As I said, it's the only offer I got whilst leaving it up for a few hours. Than, my brother got interested into the Toque.
