Hi this is my first suggestion haven't seen much for this item i looked on outpost and at the time of writing this there is only specialized and professional KS ones. here are my "proofs"

first notable seller- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20948410 12 keys for a specialized KS

next seller- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/20689481 20 keys for professional KS

last seller- http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/19804439 11 key minimum professional KS

so all in all i think for the regular collectors should be 5-6 keys based on the fact that the minimum on the professional KS is 11 and the specialized KS is 12 i can conclude it should be anywhere from 5-6 keys

you're going to need some proof at the price you listed. painted/ ks items at higher prices don't justify a price.

you can buy a pro fab for like 30 cents. if you don't have enough information to make a suggestion you probably shouldn't make one

your range has no proof to support it. killstreak items make for poor proof. easy downvote

well i figured that but there are no other solid sellers i could find for just the regular collectors version

people understand that i looked i couldnt find and sellers that are selling just the base without the KS kits so i made a suggestion by subtracting the prices from the highest and lowest from what i could find
