Look at previous owners and try to find their old trades. Sometimes this works and sometimes you can't determine what they sold for.

You need sales not sellers. If i was selling a wep and was asking 30 buds for it would that make it 30 buds? And seeing as you own this hat and are trying to raise its price with no proof I view this as price manipulation

By your logic if I was selling it for 10 buds it should be worth 10 buds.
