I can see you don't understand the difference between each. So let me explain it briefly.

Dota 2 Outpost displays Dota 2 relating trades on the front page while TF2 Outpost displays TF2 relating trades. Simple as that.

Lucky man. It's really hard to sell this for 1 key, i tried.

I have to admit it ain't easy but i wasnt intending to sell it. I just had a free slot on my trade so i put it just like that. And it got sold in like 10 minutes :D

i just bought one for 8 and i will try to sell it again for 1 key, just to see what happens :)

plus I'll give the unsolds a week time just because its been one to two days doesn't mean that it is good proof

sometimes you have to give time for people to find the trades

Graybanns are 1 key , within a day I sold a graybanns for 1 tf2 key pure . 8ref are quick sells and they are bought quickly which means the value is above 8 ref so , presumably back to 1 key

While I do think in the future the price will go down, There isn't enough proof to justified it so downvote.

A range from ~8ref - 1 key would probably be the greatest.

8 ref is a quicksell, though rather slow as far as quicksales go. The most convincing part of your proof is that you have 1 seller who hasn't sold yet. You need more sellers at 8 ref to lower the price, proving that sellers are willing to sell for that low.
